2 weeks of support from Teale
A 3-hour home visit before 5pm.
A Sleep Intake Form will be completed by you accompanied by a sleep log
An initial 60-minute consultation to review your sleep intake form. (I analyse your child’s full 24-hour rhythm to pinpoint what is driving their sleep struggles) , know your parenting style, preferences and to discuss any initial questions you may have.
A clear, structured and personalised sleep overhaul plan that will be emailed to you within 48-hours after our initial consultation to get us started on our journey together.
Daily morning check in for the duration of the support package alongside an evaluation of your daily logs (except for Sundays).
Continuous access to support, challenges and making adjustments as they are needed.
Acknowledgement of success, building your confidence and regaining better sleep for everyone in the home.
Available for infants over 4 months old.
*Optional extensions for ongoing support are available upon request.
*If home visits are more than 50km from Teale’s home, a $50 fee will occur. Any visit over 100km from Teale, an additional 99c per km will apply on top of the $50 travel fee.
